About Isaiah Powell

I’m a 19-year-old student at Kent State University majoring in Cybercriminology. I’m originally from Medina, Ohio and have been lifting for about four years consistently. Fitness taught me discipline, patience, and how to stay grounded when life gets hectic - that’s what I want to bring to DormFit.

DormFit was built to help college men find a balance between school, gym, and life. Every program I design aims to fit into a busy schedule without losing intensity.

I’m also taken, and I’m grateful for the support system that keeps me grounded while I chase my goals. Having someone who believes in me makes staying focused on my clients, school, and personal growth even stronger.
